This service lets you know by text message when you’ve missed a call. MCN is available to both our prepaid and postpaid subscribers

This service is activated upon request as follows:

For postpaid customers:

• Call 1333, chose the language and then select option number (2) "To modify your subscription features" then follow the remaining IVR system instructions
• You can utilize this service by diverting calls to 0788001338 when you are unable ot answer, or your phone is out of reach or if you wish to divert all your incoming calls  
• The monthly cost of this service for postpaid subscribers is JD2

For prepaid customers:

• To activate this service, call *100# or send “ON” to 98001
• To deactivate this service send "Off " to 98001
• The cost per SMS received is JD 0.06
• To use this service you have to activate your Voice Mail box
