What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen?
If your phone is lost or stolen please follow the instructions below:
- Contact our Customer Service Center by dialing 1333 from any other Umniah Mobile or 07 8800 1333 from any other network and our customer care personnel will help you to disconnect your line. Please make sure to have your password ready.
- You can also immediately disconnect your line if it has been stolen or lost by dialing 1333 and using the interactive voice response system (IVR), enter your password and choose option No. 3 "To report your phone stolen or lost" followed by option No. 2 to confirm your request.
- Visit us at our main shop and our sales representatives will be glad to help you.
