For your convenience, we have the following options available on how you can receive or inquire your invoice.
Monthly printed bill:
Umniah delivers your monthly bill either through a delivery agency or through Jordan Post (to your P.O.Box). Upon purchasing your line or at any time you visit one of our Umniah shops you can decide which delivery method you prefer and set it up by providing the details of the delivery address
Monthly Detailed Bill:
Upon your request we can start posting your monthly bill in a detailed bill format, where you can track all your outgoing calls, messages and data usage; so that you get a full and detailed picture and the ability to control your spending.
Bill Advice SMS:
At the beginning of each month you will receive an SMS from Umniah stating your invoice amount. We are automatically granted this feature to all of our customers to get informed of invoices amount as soon as the invoice is issued.
Please note that the Bill Advise SMS is delivered only in case your invoice exceeds 3 JODs
By logging into your Umniah online account on www.umniah.com you can inquire about your outstanding balance and all invoices through the “Balance Details” option. The advantage of the online portal is that it is updated frequently, thus you can keep track of your spending throughout the month.
